
George Andrews III, President and CEO – George oversees corporate affairs, directs the administrative and operating resources of the corporation and provides on going support and expertise to all management personnel for establishing corporate goals, objectives, policies and procedures. He is responsible for the implementation of Andrews Foodservice Systems growth strategies and objectives through the development of new markets, diversification and acquisition. George holds a B.S. in Business Administration and has been in his current position since 1995. As a result of his leadership, Andrews Foodservice Systems has progressed into the 21st century as a strong, viable entity seeking new challenges and opportunities with eager anticipation.
Having traveled worldwide as a professional golfer, George brings new insight to the corporation.
Deb Hinkle, Vice President-Sales and Marketing – In the position since 1985, Deb oversees all sales functions of the corporation. She is responsible for establishing purchasing and sales programs, developing sales strategy and sales training. Her role in the development of corporate marketing plans has been vital in the attainment of revenue and profit goals established by ownership. She is also responsible for the creation of marketing concepts to enhance advertising and public relations of Andrews Foodservice Systems. Her ability to negotiate with vendors, plan and design product promotions and motivate sales staff has enabled Andrews Foodservice Systems to achieve market share.
Deb is married to her husband, Mike. They have two daughters, Terren and Elle. She enjoys activities focused around her family.
Jacque Ponx, Vice President-Finance and Administration – Jacque oversees the financial affairs of the corporation. She is responsible for all financial reporting, control systems and sources of financing. She oversees the preparation of financial statements and management information reports. She is responsible for tax compliance and establishing and maintaining banking relationships. Jacque received her B.S.B.A. in Accounting in 1983 and obtained her CPA designation in 1985. Her extensive knowledge in audit, tax, banking, finance and management advisory services has proven her to be invaluable to the corporation.
Jacque is married to her husband, David. They have three children, Matthew, Marie and Kali. She enjoys singing and dancing.
Rusty DiSanti- Vice President of Purchasing – Employed since 1982 and holding his current position since 1997, Rusty is responsible for the procurement of inbound product, vendor negotiations and the administration of all government bids, including state and federal prisons, schools and health care institutions. Rusty was instrumental in the development and implementation of our School Bid Department, which has produced tremendous growth for AFS since 2001. Rusty’s methodical and analytical approach to merchandising provides the guidance necessary to ensure purchasing objectives are met daily. Since Rusty has held previous positions in warehouse, delivery, accounting, and sales departments, he has gained an extensive insight of corporate activity and market expertise.
Rusty is married to Arleen. They have two children, Kelsie and Tyler. Rusty enjoys playing the drums with his band, The Atomic Fireballs.
